I had the privilege of being a part of the Nepal Medical Project in the Solukhumbu district run by Stanford University this summer, which led me to leave overseas for the first time ever. With everything being unfamiliar to me, the Wongchu Peak Promotion Company succeeded in making me feel very welcome and taken care of in Nepal. Read more...

Very well organized continuing medical education trip in Khumbu valley. This trip was specifically organized as a fundraising trip for a hospital being built in the region. The guides and porters were kind and informative. The cooking Staff prepared excellent food and accommodated dietary restrictions. Recommend this trekking group.

I would highly recommend Wongchhu Peak Promotion because the services provided by them were very remarkable and the teamwork was very good and very understanding. I got to be the part of the team and learn many new things from this free medical volunteered work in Khamding which was organized by the Stanford University team and Wongchhu Peak Promotion team. Many thanks to all the entire team for such a great opportunity.

Keeping 9 Americans happy and healthy for a month in Nepal is no easy feat but Wongchuu Peak Promotion pulled it off. I visited with a medical team in July 2018 and felt safe and cared for in the hands of this company. The English of our principal guides ranged from fully adequate to conversational, and the rest of the Sherpa (cooks, porters, etc.) were always professional and accommodating. Read more...
