Wall Climbing in Kathmandu

Rock climbing started in the 1880s as an orchestrated sport in the hills of England. Rock climbing, using advanced equipment and climbing methods, is the art of ascending sheer cliffs. Similarly, Wall climbing is a man-made sport. It is a miniaturized version of rock climbing, where athletes ascend concrete structures constructed from wood or other materials. Both rock climbing and wall climbing are part of the rising community that is sometimes categorized as extreme sports practices. For our wall climbing in Kathmandu, we will go to the climbing center in our versatile period. It will either be Pasang Lhamu Sports Climbing Center or Astrek Climbing Wall. These centers feature a bouldering wall and a bouldering cave and are suitable for all skill levels. All needed climbing equipment can be hired at their facility.
